Getting Started with a Free Fitness and Health Evaluation
Evaluation of Body Fat and Body Composition, nutrition, posture, mobility, balance, cardio and strength capabilities.
We use functional movements to detail information about your abilities & capabilities. We then scale and coach you in a CrossFit workout. Using the evaluation information we determine what is best for you, your goals and your current abilities and capabilities, Personal Training or Group Classes so you will safely meet or exceed your fitness goals. |
Our Program:
Personal Training and Group classes are instructed only by a Certified Personal Trainer-
No "Boot Camps" or Group "Sculpting" Fitness, Cardio KickBox / Zumba Instructors"!!
(this is more the style of trying to keep up with the Instructor - no matter what your ablilities are!)
CrossFit is a Core Strengthening Program of: "Constantly Varied High Intensity Functional Movements"
Using the CrossFit training methods of the
“9 Foundational Movements” and “10 General Physical Skills”
We Scale the workouts to your “Abilities and Capabilities”
(We do not train you to sit in machines, pushing weight up and down)
We Train YOU to be Fit and Healthy in LIFE!!
WE ALSO PROVIDE WATER AND WORKOUT TOWELS WITH EVERY WORKOUT!!
CrossFit Group Classes The "Sport of Fitness" 45 min. classes
Train in a small Group Class, in an environment of support and camaraderie. Have fun with your friends, other great clients, or someone special, while focusing on your fitness goals!

Group Training Unlimited Monthly $130.00 per month
Train as many group classes as you like for a low monthly rate! (see schedule for class times and days) |
Group Training 5 Class package $18.00 per class
An affordable option if you cannot attend regularly each month! (see schedule for class times and days) |

TRAINING CLIENTS HAVE OPEN USE OF THE CARDIO EQUIPMENT
**Cardio equipment may be used any open hours**
(Clients with training sessions that day do have priority for Cardio equipment use)
24-hour notice for cancellation or change
of training appointment is required
**Training hours start at 4:30am // the last session can start at 11pm**
